On Second Thoughts

eins gallery is pleased to present Alexandros Pissourios’ first solo exhibition in Cyprus. For “On Second Thoughts”, the artist begins in his domestic environment and drifts to a valley near his home in London—places where erotic life intersects with the outdoors. To observe and to imagine are inseparable, making each open to hesitation and repetition. Every return to the places he films becomes an act of devotion, in the form of an image.

Alexandros Pissourios (b. 1982) is an artist and filmmaker working across photography, 16mm film, and video.
